It’s been a while since my last rant, but here I am, ready for 2017.
2016 ended on a great note, when I had the chance to write for Forbes.com. The opportunity to write for Forbes.com was one that was on my target list, and once the time came, it couldn’t have been better timing. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that I had something to say. Right? I mean, I haven’t blogged in quite a while so I’ve got lots of good stuff saved up in my ole noggin!
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about relationships, specifically around how the function of relationships has evolved in our world. Relationships still absolutely matter (who hasn’t heard “it’s all about relationships?”), but they way we go about establishing them, nurturing them, and growing them has changed given the way communication has changed. Not only has the way relationships are formed changing, but the valuable data we can mine from these relationships and the contacts can make a difference in the bottom line.
While I don’t often like to link out of my own website, I think it’s okay in this case. Head on over to see my Forbes debut – “The Profit Is Still In The Relationship.”
